NotSSG 1.1.2: A Tad Less Cache Busting

1.1.1 fixed an edge case where, while building your site, if you make a change to a page, where it's an "index.html inside directory" page, and then refresh (even full refresh) you might sometimes not see the change.

However, this really was an edge case, and would be a (rare) problem in a normal, non-NotSSG site anyway. It also comes with the unforseen consequence that search engines end up indexing multiple copies of your pages, so that's not good lol.

As such, this update rolls back that change. Your stylesheets and scripts (if you have any) will still be cache busted as before, but you may occasionally need to F5 or Ctrl+F5 while developing your site.
