It's election day here in the UK, so I thought I'd post a little about a famous UK cat associated with politics. His name is Larry and he lives at Number 10 Downing Street!
Larry is taken care of by the staff at Downing Street. He works as their cheif mouse catcher, apparently a title that goes back centuries!
Personally I think we (in the UK) should make Larry our Prime Minister. I think he'd do a fine job indeed. I mean he really looks the part in the above picture, no?

In his early life Larry was in fact a stray. Amazing to think he's where he is now! Congratulations Larry.
