What is RSS?

RSS is a way of being notified about website updates. Compared to other options (social media, email), RSS is nice because:

• Super simple
• No accounts needed
• All news in one place
• Many sites offer RSS feeds
• Privacy friendly compared to the alternatives

How to use RSS to subscribe to sites

RSS used to be built into web browsers, but nowadays you need an extension for RSS. Personally I like RSS Feed Reader by feeder.co.
