Coming Soon: IFrame Comments

Since I recently dropped Disqus due to its excessive advertising, I've started development of my own comment system, IFrame Comments.

This new comment system requires no JavaScript. If you can copy and paste an <iframe>, you can have comments on any page(s) on your website.

No third party cookies. In fact, no cookies are set for your visitors at all. There is a first-party cookie for you logging into the control panel, but it'd be impossible to achieve that without some kind of cookie or cookie-like tech, so give me a break okay?

It is "new Neocities account friendly". Meaning you get to have comments on your website even if your Neocities account is affected by Neocities CSP (Cross Site Policy).

AND should Neocities immediately make the CSP even more strict 3 seconds after I publish this, at absolute worst you'll still be able to link your comment threads directly.

There is an optional JavaScript. Okay I know I said no JavaScript, but there's a completely optional one you can paste along with your iframe to make it so your comments look more like they are part of your page (e.g. no scrollbar). If you don't want to use it, you don't have to.

I'd say I'm at about 50% dev completion, the next stage will be to test it on my site for a bit. And then I'll provide a download and you can have comments on your site too!
